Worldwide shipping coordination is available for sample and bulk label orders. Shipping time depends on destination, shipment size and selected method.

Sample shipping

Physical sample shipping can be discussed after the sample scope, destination and courier method are confirmed. A digital proof is normally reviewed before a physical sample is produced.

Bulk order shipping

Bulk labels are packed after production inspection. Carton quantity, shipment weight and delivery method depend on the finished label size, roll format and order quantity.

Customs and import charges

Buyers are responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and local customs requirements unless a written quotation states otherwise.

How a shipping estimate is prepared

Send the destination country and postal code with the requested label size, quantity and roll or sheet preference. These details help us estimate packed weight and compare available delivery methods. A shipping estimate is not final until the production specification and delivery address are confirmed.

Production time and transit time are separate

Production lead time begins after artwork, material, size, quantity and proof approval. Transit time begins after the finished order is handed to the carrier. Customs inspection, remote-area delivery, weather and carrier disruptions can extend transit time and are outside the factory production schedule.

Tracking and delivery checks

When tracking is available, the shipment reference is shared after dispatch. Buyers should review the delivery address before shipment and inspect cartons after arrival. Visible transit damage or missing cartons should be documented promptly with photos so the carrier record can be checked.

Before requesting a shipping quote

Provide the destination country, city and postal code.
Confirm whether the order is a sample, short run or bulk production.
State whether labels should be supplied on rolls or sheets.
Tell us about a fixed delivery deadline before approving production.
