Information we receive

When you request a label quote or production review, you may choose to send product type, packaging type, label size, quantity, material preference, destination country, contact details, artwork files and project messages. Website hosting services may also record standard technical data such as browser type, requested page and access time for security and performance purposes.

How project information is used

We use inquiry information to understand the packaging application, recommend a material direction, prepare quotation guidance, review artwork and communicate about samples, production and delivery. Artwork and packaging details are used only for the project discussion and related order support.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell inquiry information. Information may be handled by communication, file-transfer, hosting or shipping providers when those services are needed to answer an inquiry or coordinate an order. We limit the information used to what is reasonably needed for that purpose.

Retention and security

Quote messages and artwork may be retained while a project is active and for reasonable follow-up, production-reference or record-keeping needs. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so buyers should avoid sending unrelated confidential information with an inquiry.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or remove inquiry information that is no longer needed, subject to records we may need to retain for an active order or legal obligation. Send requests to ruishengmao05@gmail.com and identify the project or email address involved.

Policy updates

This page may be updated when our inquiry, production or website processes change. The current version published on this website applies to new inquiries.
